How I Started with Roses: I think that roses are the most beautiful flower that exists. I have to say the first eight years was a pittiful failure as I had a yard which was all shade. Then in 1990 I aquired a piece of land which had lots of room and sunshine. We started with nine roses and it has grown to one hundred ten. Now I am trying to reduce it down to around seventy. Not easy to do.
Profession: Retired Facilities Engineer.
Rose Society Offices: Two terms as Vice-President, seven terms as President. Presently, Past President.
